You can pay for your journey in cash before the journey starts, also you can pay us online through our website via credit/debit card or PayPal.
Any Bookings made online are automatically emailed an invoice.
No there are no hidden charges the price we quote you online or on the call is what you have to pay for every Booking.
We use real-time flight tracking so if your flight is delayed we will amend the booking time to minimise any costs.
Yes all our drivers are fully licensed with full crb checks undertaken with the relevant local council.
Whenever you make an online booking with us you will receive a confirmation email from our side with all the booking information if you feel there is some problem you can call us or email us for amendments.
No, if you don’t have an account with us still you can still book us online by booking as a guest.
If you open an account with us we will give you a dashboard with previous information stored. We will also update you with any promotions/discounts.
We operate 24/7 365 days a year.
If you cancel less than 24hrs (but more than 6 hrs) prior to a booking
you will be liable for a £50 cancellation fee or the full cost of the
booking whichever is the lesser amount.
If you cancel less than 6 hours prior to a booking you will be liable
for the full cost of the fare.
If you cancel MORE than 24 hours prior to a booking any deposit will be
returned to you subject to a £20 administration fee.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards. We also accept by prior agreement
BACS payments. Please note your booking may be subject to additional
waiting time and or car parking charges. Please ask for details.
Seaports and Airport Bookings
If you are not at the prearranged meeting point we will do our best to
contact you. If we cannot contact you and you fail to contact us after a
period of 1 hour we will void the booking but you will be liable for the
full fare.
All other Pickups (Non-Airports)
Failure to appear at the designated time or pick up point within 15
minutes will void the contract and any monies paid to Southwest
Chauffeur Hire Ltd will be non-refundable.
